What does the client referral scheme mean?

It means that you can save money for every paying client you refer 💰.

The Ts&Cs are as follows:

  1. You need to be an existing client to refer someone;
  2. The client you refer has to pay for a service before 31 December 2020;
  3. If the above 2 points are ticked off then you will receive a 10% discount on your next job with SELCT. (valid on jobs before 1 July 2021).

As easy as that!

What digital marketing services do you offer?

We offer a range of core specialities and marketing services. They are as follows:

  • E-commerce setup (aka if you would like an online store built/migrated/setup/etc.);

Does SELCT. offer SEO services?

While SEO is not one of our core services, through the collaboration with certified partners we can meet your needs and include it in the scope. In general, we do follow best practice SEO when working on websites, optimisation, etc.

Does SELCT. offer design services?

While we are quite chuffed with our website, design isn’t one of our core offerings. However, in collaboration with our amazing design parters we can accommodate your design needs.

If I don’t have an online store can I still work with you?

What does CRM stand for?

Simply put: Customer Relationship Management. But you could have used Google for that one…

CRM is a strategy that companies use to manage interactions with customers and potential customers. CRM helps organisations streamline processes, build customer relationships, increase sales, improve customer service, and increase profitability.

When people talk about CRM, they are usually referring to a CRM system, a tool that is used for contact management, sales management, productivity, and more. The goal of a CRM system is simple: Improve business relationships.

I need someone to assist with building out my social media content plan, can SELCT. help me?

We will assist when it comes to your digital strategy, the type of content, the frequency of content and strategy of your social media, however we unfortunately do not offer community management (the actual posting, curating, and responding on posts).

Why is SELCT. cheaper than other agencies?

Working remotely means less overheads. Less overheads means we’re able to focus on the job at hand and adopt the ‘get what you pay for’ approach. No inflated costs.

Will SELCT. have the capacity to take me on as a client?

It’s difficult to say without knowing what you want. We will always strive to make a plan and accommodate all of our clients. We will never willingly take on your business if we cannot execute what is required and deliver the quality you deserve.

How does SELCT. offer a quicker turn around than other agencies?

Where is SELCT. located?

Physically in Cape Town, South Africa. But that won’t stop us from working with you if you are based overseas. We’re always looking for reasons to travel, so if you’re based in Greece that’ll be just great 😉

How has SELCT. been operating during the Covid-19 pandemic?

Insert [Google Meet, Zoom, Whereby, Any other video conferencing platform]. Our preferred setup is video/tele-conferencing via Google Meet, and luckily being remotely located has meant that the pandemic has not disrupted our way of working too badly.

What are SELCT.’s business hours?

We’re pretty reachable via email or phone, but our work hours are as follows:

  • Mon - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00
  • Fri 08:30 - 12:30

And no, that doesn’t mean we’re out on the course by 12:31 on a Friday.
